Connect the systems your business depends on

Zoho implementation, custom software, AI automation and data engineering for businesses in the United States. Delivered through an international team, with working arrangements and responsibilities agreed for your engagement.

The problem is often between the applications.

A lead reaches the website but not the right salesperson. A service request needs information from three systems. A management report takes hours of reconciliation before anyone trusts it. FI Digital helps turn those disconnected steps into a process people can operate.

Start with the work that needs to improve

Zoho
Zoho implementation

Zoho implementation and support: establish a new workflow, repair an existing setup or organize ongoing administration.

Custom software

Custom software and product development: build the application, portal or integration your current tools do not cover.

AI automation

AI agents and workflow automation: assess a defined service or administrative task with evaluation and human escalation.

Data engineering

Data engineering and reporting: prepare reliable information, reconcile measures and deliver a reporting foundation your team can operate.

Unsure where to start? Describe the repeated work or the system handoff that is failing. We can help identify a useful first scope.

Experience with difficult operational handoffs

Australia

In Australia, FI Digital delivered a custom Zoho Catalyst connector across 232 automotive dealerships using multiple CRM systems. It enabled website lead transfers and status visibility. The client reported at least three hours saved weekly for the OEM team and approximately one hour per dealership per week.

Australia

An Australian personal injury law-firm engagement used agents in Zoho Desk. The client confirmed autonomous resolution of 70% of approximately 800 total tickets over six months, with legal-advice requests kept with human agents. The implementation took six weeks. These are reported Australian project results, not US client outcomes or forecasts.

India

Fristine Infotech, part of the group, has also performed daily ETL work for Motilal Oswal to support Customer 360 systems. We keep the public description high level because the underlying financial data and implementation details are confidential.

Make the first release useful and measurable

We agree the problem, required systems and acceptance criteria before defining delivery. A first phase should cover a complete operating journey, including data preparation, user participation and exception handling. A working demonstration alone is not the same as a process your team has accepted.

AI-assisted tools can support parts of the build. Experienced people still need to resolve architecture decisions, conflicting requirements, coordination and production issues. The proposal should make those responsibilities visible alongside the implementation work.

Frequently asked questions

Which service should we start with?

Start with the operational problem rather than a product name. Describe the repeated work, the systems involved and the outcome your team needs. A new workflow may require implementation, while an existing failure may justify a health check. Custom development or AI should follow a clear requirement and a feasible operating model.

Do you only work with businesses using Zoho?

No. Zoho is an important part of the service mix, alongside custom applications, AI workflows and data engineering. We assess the current systems and the specific gap before recommending an approach. Existing applications can remain where they meet the need and provide suitable interfaces for the proposed integration or reporting work.

Are the client results on this page from the United States?

No. The automotive and law-firm examples are Australian engagements, and the Motilal Oswal example relates to the work of Fristine Infotech in India. Their geography remains explicit. They demonstrate relevant experience without implying a US deployment, a local customer reference or a guarantee that another organization will achieve the same outcome.

Can we improve our systems without replacing everything?

That is often an option worth assessing. A repair, a supported integration or a focused application may address the problem while preserving useful systems. Discovery should identify what works, what fails and the cost of each approach. Replacing an application is a decision to justify, not an automatic starting point.

Can AI reduce the cost of implementation?

AI-assisted tools may reduce effort in parts of delivery, but the overall cost depends on scope, integration constraints, testing and operating responsibilities. Architecture, coordination and resolution of conflicting requirements still need accountable people. We assess the actual work rather than promising a universal saving from a particular tool or development method.

How are project fees determined?

Fees follow the agreed deliverables, dependencies and delivery model. A proposal should distinguish implementation from software subscriptions, third-party services and ongoing support. It should also identify responsibilities for data preparation and acceptance. Discuss the scope and investment expectations directly so the initial phase is practical for both teams.

Will our team work with people based in the US?

The delivery arrangement is established for each engagement and may involve an international team. This page does not promise US-based staff or a local office. Ask for the team structure, meeting windows, contracting details and support responsibilities in the proposal so your procurement and operating requirements are clear before work begins.

What happens after we send an inquiry?

The inquiry should describe your company, the service needed and the business problem. We review that context and discuss an appropriate next step if the scope is a fit. Do not include passwords, sensitive customer records or confidential attachments in the initial form; detailed information can follow an agreed secure process.

Discuss the system boundary causing repeated work

Tell us what happens today, which applications are involved and what your team cannot reliably track. We can use that information to assess whether the first step is implementation, an integration, a repair review or a more detailed product scope.
